If you are leaving near the vicinity of San Lazaro, you should probably know this or least have dine here. Chades is one of the famous tapsilogan here in Manila. Not only because of its good taste but also the affordability of the foods they are serving. It is open 24hrs. a day and they have free deliveries on places that are near the area.
